Extrusion
Five in-house co-extrusion sheet lines feature a 6-inch diameter main extruder, co-extruder, and three roll upstacks. Each line is supported by multiple four-position volumetric blenders, allowing up to four separate materials to be blended into each layer.

Typical commodity thermoplastics can be run from .020 to .600 inches in thickness. All lines utilize 110-inch tooling with 96-inch maximum sheet width. Co-extrusion feedblocks can run A/B, B/A, A/B/A layering profiles. We also customize materials to meet each customer's needs.
