Penda has 13 in-house, rotary sheet-fed, four-station vacuum formers. Our unmatched in-house forming capabilities enable us to deliver greater production efficiency on a full range of projects. For example, Penda's unique work-cell configuration minimizes WIP and product handling, ensuring on-time delivery of quality products. Maximum mold size is 132 inches long by 84 inches wide, 6,000 pounds. Bottom platens provide 70 inches travel, and top platens provide 50 inches travel. Many machines include Penda's patented post-mold cooling stations to eliminate the need for cooling fixtures. Many work centers also feature robotic finishing cells to ensure superior dimensional repeatability.
