In-house systems include 85-ton hydraulic toggle clamp, material dryer, grinder, runner separator, and hot runner controller. Our unique ability to provide in-house injection molding of product components helps customers reduce shipping expenses and compress product cycle times. Our injection molding processes are carefully coordinated with all related thermoforming operations. Penda can injection mold most thermoplastics up to 7.6 ounce shot-size. Platen size is 24 by 23 inches. Materials capabilities include (but are not limited to) polycarbonates, HDPE, LDPE, nylon, and TPOs.
